Oceanside is located north of San Diego on Highway 101. This is a residential town, beach resort and a trading area for the inland farms. Nearby is found a Marine Base and training grounds. Just north of the town is Mount Ecclesia, headquarters of the Rosicrucian Fellowship. This religious organization originated by Max Heindel in 1911.
