Tuesday 7:30 p.m.Dearest Darling: I do love you so much!
Did you have a nice birthday? How is everything with you? I’m feeling grand today, though did feel sort of blue on your birthday. Just seemed as if I should be with you to celebrate the occasion. It’s easy for me to feel happy though, when I think of our future together. There will be so many things for us to do in life. We still have so much ahead of us.
Took a book down by the creek last night and sat and read. Then took a hike and camehome feeling lonely. Yes, I do miss you more than I can say.
This was a busy day at the blood bank. Took dictation all morning, and was alone in the office this afternoon; so had phone calls and visitors to attend to.
We’re going to try to move before June 1. The tenant on Xerxes North said I could up and plant my flowers and tomatoes if I would like, anytime; so am going to do that this week.
Oh, Darling, I hope you’re all right – That you’re safe and well and happy too –
God bless you and I love you so
Bev
