New Word of the Day: encirculating

MSNBC’s weather guy, Gary Archibald, today used the New Word, “encirculating,” to describe the movement of Hurricane Gustav as it moves toward the American Gulf Coast.

Approximate usage: “You can see how the outer bands of Hurricane Gustav are encirculating the very wide core of this potentially disastrous storm.”
