Wed. 10:30 p.m.Hello Wonderful One:
I love you so very, very much and am today again a very happy person. You made me that way, Darling, because I rec’d two more of your beautifully written letters. Each letter seems lovelier than the preceding one – they’re all wonderful though and are so precious to me, because the one who wrote them is the one I love and the one I’m waiting and living for.
Yes, Hon., I could even see the marks left by the raindrops on your stationery. It must have been quite cozy inside that tent while it was raining. Brings back memories of the night on the St. Croix when we shared a tent together.
Darling, you certainly did get a lot of writing in on the typewritten letter. I’ll have to see if I can find a second-hand typewriter for it is certainly the way to send V-Mail.
Had a swell time with Helen Joeck today. I really like her a lot. She went to a doc. as wasn’t feeling well – seems to be suffering from nervous exhaustion. Guess maybe I went thru that once too – guess she and I do have so much in common! I’m feeling fine now, though miss you more with each passing day and night. Don’t catch cold – and be careful! Take good care of yourself!
With all my love and flutes of kisses,
Bev
